Director dealings: Bodycote director makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Bodycote revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Patrick Larmon had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed heat treatment and thermal processing services provider. Larmon, who was appointed to the board of Bodycote back in 2016, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 567.0p each, for a total value of £56,700.
Earlier in October, Bodycote chose a veteran of the engineering sector to run the company starting from early 2024 as it named Jim Fairbairn as its next chief executive officer.
As of 1615, Bodycote shares were up 1.23% at 574.50p.
