Director dealings: BAT non-exec invests, Keywords CFO covers tax bill
(Sharecast News) - British American Tobacco was at the top of the list of buys on Friday afternoon, after a non-executive director spent more than a quarter-of-a-million pounds on shares. The FTSE 100 cigarette maker said Savio Kwan bought 8,000 of its shares on Thursday for 3,321.87p each.
That valued the transaction at a total of £265,749.60.
On the selling side of things was Keywords Studios, after its chief financial officer sold a number of vested long-term incentive plan shares to satisfy withholding tax obligations.
The video game technical and creative service provider said Jon Hauk vested 543 shares under the incentive plan, before selling 266 of them.
It said those shares were sold for 2,278p each, valuing the transaction at £6,059.48.
