Director dealings: Asos director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Asos revealed on Thursday that non-executive director William Barker had acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the fast-fashion retailer. Barker, who snapped up the shares via his interest in Camelot Capital Partners, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 366.82p each, for a total price of £550,235.87.

Following the transaction, Camelot holds 18.39m ordinary Asos shares.

As of 1600 GMT, Asos shares were up 0.44% at 368.60p.
