(Sharecast News) - Associated British Foods revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Loraine Woodhouse had acquired 41,720 ordinary shares in the London-listed food processing and retail company.
Woodhouse, who joined the board of Primark's parent company in September, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 2,389.0p each, for a total value of £99,477.84.
As of 1515 GMT, ABF shares were down 0.39% at 2,310.0p.
