Director dealings: 80 Mile director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - 80 Mile revealed on Monday that non-executive director Roderick McIlree had acquired 8.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed exploration and development company. McIlree purchased the shares at an average price of 0.30p each, for a total value of £24,304.00.
Following this purchase, 80 Mile holds a beneficial interest in 126.16m ordinary 80 Mile shares, representing approximately 5.7% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1600 BST, 80 Mile shares were up 2.13% at 0.31p.
