Workspace signs new five-year lease with NHS at Camden's Centro Buildings

(Sharecast News) - Workspace said on Tuesday that it has signed a new five-year lease agreement with the North London NHS Foundation Trust at The Centro Buildings in Camden. The letting is for 16,000 sq. ft. at a net rent of £45 per sq. ft. and is the latest in a series of large space lettings completed at the Camden site, following the vacation of WinTech earlier this year, it said.

Chief executive Lawrence Hutchings said: "The progress we are making at The Centro Buildings is clear evidence of our Fix, Accelerate, Scale strategy in action. The research we conducted earlier in the year showed that Camden is a hotspot for the creators, makers, innovators and disruptors we serve.

"At Centro Workshops, we have refreshed our product and are rolling out our small-unit offer for the first time in this market to capture that demand. The recent success we've had in letting both small and larger spaces gives us confidence that we have the right approach to rebuild occupancy and deliver shareholder returns."
