What is Fidelity Wealth?

Fidelity Wealth is a unique service designed for customers who have over £250,000 invested with us. Our Wealth service offers a range of exclusive benefits and access to guidance from a Relationship Manager. Access to a personal Relationship Manager

Our personal Relationship Managers work with you to help you meet your investment goals. They can review your portfolio, discuss your retirement savings plan and offer guidance on your investment strategies. They can also talk to you about the ways we can support you further, including referring you to Fidelity’s retirement service.

Your Relationship Manager is supported by a dedicated Wealth relationship team and customer service experts who specialise in helping clients with larger portfolios. They’re able to help you with day-to-day queries and help you arrange a meeting with your dedicated Relationship Manager.

Quarterly portfolio reports

Making investment decisions is easier when you’re in the know. With Fidelity Wealth, you’ll receive quarterly portfolio reports to keep you informed.

Each report covers all your investments, analyses your holdings and shows you how your funds are performing. And once a year, you can arrange to discuss your portfolio with your Relationship Manager.

As well as emailing useful perspectives from leading industry and subject-matter experts, we host complimentary Wealth investor forums throughout the year. Whether the event is hosted in person or online, you get the opportunity to hear expert views on investment opportunities and maximise your investment knowledge.

Designed with you in mind

We support your family too
All Wealth benefits are automatically extended to everyone in your household who invests with us, even if they don’t meet our minimum investment level. This includes your partner’s ISA and SIPP.

Low service fees 
Our Wealth service is designed to help you get the most from Fidelity. In addition to the extra benefits, you get reduced service fees. Ongoing fund charges still apply.

The Fidelity Investor Centre

Our Investor Centre in Cannon Street is normally available for Fidelity Wealth members to meet us in person. 

However, following government guidance, we have decided to temporarily close it until further notice. 

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our utmost priority. Therefore, we will not accept walk-ins or hold customer meetings at this building. Furthermore, we are deferring all face-to-face events involving customers at this time.
