Director dealings: Tandem non-exec invests, SpaceandPeople CEO sells

(Sharecast News) - Two of the director dealings disclosed to the market in London on Tuesday included share purchases at Tandem Group and a disposal at SpaceandPeople. Tandem Group said non-executive director Simon Bragg purchased 15,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 187p each on 10 October, bringing his total holding to 1,039,971 shares, or about 18.8% of the company's issued share capital.

The shares were acquired on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

In a separate disclosure, SpaceandPeople reported that chief executive Nancy Cullen sold a total of 27,500 shares on 13 October at an average price of 244p per share.

The sale, also conducted on AIM, comprised 2,500 shares sold at 260p and a further 25,000 at 242p.

Following the transaction, Cullen's beneficial interest stood at 68,800 shares, representing roughly 3.52% of the company's issued capital.

At 1445 BST, shares in Tandem Group were down 2.47% at 185.3p, while those in SpaceandPeople were down 12.65% at 214p.
