Director dealings: DP Poland's Glebocki lifts stake

(Sharecast News) - DP Poland revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Przemyslaw Glebocki had acquired 345,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed Polish pizza stores operator. Glebocki, who raised his stake via his interest in Malaccan Holdings, purchased the shares at an average price of 6.00p each, for a total value of £20,700.

Following the transaction, Glebocki holds a beneficial interest in 281.6m ordinary DP Poland shares, representing approximately 29.83% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1300 GMT, DP Poland shares were up 1.50% at 6.09p.
