Director dealings: Supreme CEO snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Supreme revealed on Tuesday that chief executive officer Sandeep Chadha had acquired 500,000 prdonary shares in the AIM-listed consumer goods firm. Chadha, who has been involved in the management of the company since 1988, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 131.81p each, for a total value of £659,054.99.

Following the transaction, Chadha holds a beneficial interest in 64.16m ordinary Supreme shares, representing approximately 54.69% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Supreme shares were up 2.58% at 134.89p.
