Director dealings: Science Group executive chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Science Group revealed on Monday that executive chair Martyn Ratcliffe had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed science and technology consultancy business. Ratcliffe, who took over as executive chairman in April 2010, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 458.0p each, for a total value of £45,800.
Following the transaction, Ratcliff holds a beneficial interest in 9.46m ordinary Science Group shares, representing approximately 21.04% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1620 GMT, Science Group shares were up 1.10% at 460.0p.
