Director dealings: Premier Foods CFO makes share sale

(Sharecast News) - Premier Foods revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Duncan Leggett had disposed of 6,164 ordinary shares in the London-listed food manufacturer.

Leggett, who joined the company in September 2011, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 162.60p each, for a total value of £8,952.76.

As of 1600 BST, Premier Foods shares were flat on 165.0p.
