Director dealings: PHP CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Primary Health Properties revealed on Tuesday that chief executive officer Mark Davies had acquired 77,820 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed real estate investment firm. Davies, who took over as CEO last year, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 95.90p each, for a total value of £74,629.38.
As of 1515 BST, PHP shares were down 0.52% at 95.80p.
