(Sharecast News) - Van Elle revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Mark Cutler's spouse had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed ground engineering contractor.
Anne Marie Cutler purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 39.20p each, for a total value of £39,200.
Following the transaction, Cutler and those persons closely associated with him, hold an interest in 852,767 ordinary Van Elle shares, representing approximately 0.80% of the company's voting share capital.
As of 1645 GMT, Van Elle shares were down 2.18% at 38.15p.
