Director dealings: Paypoint CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Paypoint revealed on Friday that chief executive Nick Wiles had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed payment and retail services firm. Wiles, who joined the board of Paypoint in 2009, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 538p each, for a total value of £134,500.
As of 1540 GMT, Paypoint shares were up 2.11% at 522.80p.
