Director dealings: Mpac's Clive Whiley raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Mpac revealed on Tuesday that senior independent director Clive Whiley had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed packaging automation firm. Whiley, who joined the board of Mpac in October 2025, purchased the shares at an average price of 215p each, for a total value of £53,750.

Following the purchase, Whiley holds a beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary Mpac shares, representing approximately 0.17% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1525 BST, Mpac shares were down 2.38% at 205p.
