(Sharecast News) - Midwich Group shares were trading flat on Thursday afternoon, after its group managing director spent £0.1m on shares.
The AIM-traded trade audio-visual distributor said Stephen Fenby bought 20,000 shares on Wednesday, in a transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
Fenby paid 500p for each share, spending a total of £100,000.
Following the transaction, Midwich said Fenby and people closely associated with him had an interest in 17,282,000 shares, representing 19.4% of its share capital.
At 1559 BST, shares in Midwich Group were unchanged at 500p.
