Director dealings: Gulf Marine Services chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Gulf Marine Services revealed on Thursday that executive chairman Mansour Al Alami had acquired 129,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed support vessels operator. Alami, who joined the board of GMS in November 2020, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 1582p each, for a total price of £20,407.80.
Following the transaction, Alami holds a beneficial interest in 2.7m GMS shares, representing approximately 0.23% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1530 BST, Gulf Marine Services shares were up 0.63% at 15.98p.
