(Sharecast News) - Globaldata revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer Graham Lilley had acquired 23,961 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed data analytics and consulting firm.
Lilley, who took over as CFO in 2018, purchased the shares at an average price of 125.00p, for a total value of £29,951.25
As of 1545 BST, Globaldata shares were up 4.86% at 129.50p.
