Director dealings: Fevertree non-exec invests, Frontier Developments founder joins buyback

(Sharecast News) - Fevertree Drinks said Thursday that senior independent non-executive director Kevin Havelock has purchased 37,000 ordinary shares in the company. The shares were acquired on 11 September at an average price of 846p each via the London Stock Exchange, totalling around £312,000.

Separately, Frontier Developments disclosed that president and founder David Braben sold 8,850 ordinary shares on 11 September at an average price of 388p each.

Braben sold the shares in line with the details set out in the company's share buyback programme launched on 8 July.

The transaction was also carried out on the London Stock Exchange.

At 1421 BST, shares in Fevertree Drinks were up 3.44% at 902p, while those in Frontier Developments were ahead 0.81% at 383.08p.
