Director dealings: Cloudcoco chairman snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Cloudcoco Group revealed on Tuesday that chairman Simon Duckworth had acquired 5m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed e-commerce and IT procurement group. Duckworth, who was appointed to the board of Cloudcoco in June 2015, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 0.16p each, for a total value of £7,875.

Following the transaction, Duckworth holds a beneficial interest in 220.18m ordinary Cloudcoco shares, representing approximately 23.54% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1515 BST, Cloudcoco shares were up 4.25% at 0.17p.
