Director dealings: Cloudcoco chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Cloudcoco revealed on Monday that chairman Simon Duckworth had acquired 7.5m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed e-commerce and IT procurement group. Duckworth, who was appointed to the board of Cloudcoco in June 2015, purchased the shares on on Friday at an average price of 0.165p each, for a total value of £12,375.

Following the transaction, Duckworth holds a beneficial interest in 207.68m ordinary Cloudcoco shares, representing approximately 22.2% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1535 BST, Cloudcoco shares were up 18.18% at 0.20p.
