Director dealings: Checkit CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Checkit revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Kit Kyte had acquired 309,116 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed utomated monitoring platform operator. Kyte, who joined Checkit in February 2021, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 12.94p each, for a total value of £39,999.61.
Following the transaction, Kyte has a beneficial interest in 974,913 ordinary Checkit shares, representing approximately 0.90% of the company's total issued share capital.
As of 1525 GMT, Checkit shares were up 2.75% at 13.10p.
