Director dealings: Celebrus Technologies CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Celebrus Technologies revealed on Thursday that chief financial office Ashoni Mehta had acquired 60,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed data solutions provider. Mehta, who was appointed to the board of Celebrus in September 2021, purchased the shares at an average price of 97.50p each, for a total value of £57,900.

Following the transaction, Mehta holds a beneficial interest in 180,070 shares, representing approximately 0.48% of the company.

As of 1430 BST, Celebrus shares were up 0.20% at 102.20p.
