Director dealings: Carr's Group chairman snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Carr's Group revealed on Monday that chairman Tim Jones had acquired 33,850 ordinary shares in the London-listed agriculture and engineering firm. Jones, who was appointed to the board of Carr's in February 2023, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 147p each, for a total value of £49,759.50.

Following the purchase, Jones holds a beneficial interest in 125,485 ordinary Carr's shares, representing 0.24% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Carr's shares were down 0.13% at 144.80p.
