Director dealings: Berkeley CFO's wife snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Berkeley revealed on Tuesday that Jane Eady, the wife of chief financial officer Neil Eady, had acquired 1,325 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed property developer and house-builder. Eady purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 3,773.20p each, for a total value of £49,994.90.
As of 1525 BST, Berkeley shares were up 0.58% at 3,832p.
