Director dealings: Balfour Beatty's new CEO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Balfour Beatty revealed on Friday that chief executive Philip Hoare had acquired 39,459 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed infrastructure group. Hoare, who took over as CEO earlier in the month, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 630.38p each, for a total value of £248,742.08.
As of 1515 BST, Balfour Beatty shares were up 0.88% at 632p.
