Director dealings: Audioboom chairman makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Audioboom revealed on Tuesday that chairman Michael Tobin had acquired 1,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed podcast maker. Tobin, who joined the board of Audioboom in August 2018, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 400.00p each, for a total value of £4,000.00.
Following the transaction, Tobin holds 740,000 ordinary shares in the company, representing approximately 4.5% of Audioboom's issued share capital.
As of 1620 BST, Audioboom shares were up 3.90% at 400.0p.
