(Sharecast News) - Auction Technology Group revealed on Friday that chief executive Duncan Painter had acquired 237,500 ordinary shares in the London-listed digital marketplace business.
Painter, who bought the shares in three seperate transactions, purchased the stock at an average price of 418.8p, for a total value of £996,614.07.
As of 1545 BST, Auction Technology shares were up 1.38% at 425.60p.
