Director dealings: Ashtead Technology chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Ashtead Technology revealed on Wednesday that chairman Bill Shannnon had acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed subsea technology firm. Shannon, who took over as chairman in 2021, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of £3.85 each, for a total value of £115,500.
As of 1545 BST, Ashtead shares were down 2.32% at 358p.
