Director dealings: Aptamer chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Aptamer revealed on Tuesday that chairman Adam Hargreaves had acquired 5.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed synthetic binders developer. Hargreaves, who joined Aptamer in 2023, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 1.0p each, for a total value of £50,000.
Following the transaction, Hargreaves has a beneficial interest in 175.37m ordinary Aptamer shares, representing approximately 6.50% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1510 BST, Aptamer shares were up 9.73% at 1.21p.
