Director dealings: Checkit CEO snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Checkit revealed on Thursday that chief executive Kit Kyte had acquired 618,745 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed automated monitoring platform operator. Kyte, who took over as CEO in June 2021, purchased the shares at an average price of 16.16p each, for a total value of £100,001.57.

Following the transactions, Kyte holds a beneficial interest in 2.49m ordinary Checkit shares, representing approximately 2.31% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1540 BST, Checkit shares were up 3.03% at 17p.
