Directors dealings: Inchcape CFO buys shares after interim results

(Sharecast News) - Inchcape's finance director picked a batch of shares in the automotive distribution, retail and services outfit. Adrian Lewis purchased 7,043 shares at approximately 788p apiece for a total transaction amount of £55,512.84 on that same day, according to the company.

On 27 July, Inchcape had reported organic growth of 13% in revenues for the first half.

Profits before tax for the period rose 35% alongside.

Company management also expressed confidence on the medium-term outlook.
