Director dealings: Zegona Communications' Suzi Williams raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Zegona Communications revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Suzi Williams had acquired 2,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed integrated telecommunications services provider. Williams, who joined Zegona in February 2020, purchased the shares at an average price of 1,683.34p each, for a total value of £42,083.50.
Following the transaction, Williams holds a beneficial interest in 10,358 ordinary Zegona shares, representing approximately 0.0045% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1425 GMT, Zegona shares were down 1.13% at 1,755p.
