(Sharecast News) - Yougov revealed on Friday that chairman Roger Parry had sold 15,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed research and data analytics group.
Parry, who was appointed to the board of Yougov back in 2007, disposed of the shares on Thursday at an average price of 980.0p each, for a total value of £147,000.
Following the transaction, Parry holds a beneficial interest in 100,471 Yougov shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1450 GMT, Yougov shares were down 2.50% at 975.0p.
