Director dealings: Wizz Air non-exec makes £0.11m investment

(Sharecast News) - Low-cost airline Wizz Air was in the red on Wednesday afternoon, after a non-executive director bought £0.11m worth of shares. The FTSE 250 company said Anthony Radev bought 5,000 shares on Monday in an open market transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

Radev paid 2,170p for each share, valuing the investment at a total of £108,500.

The disclosure came after Anthony Radev was among those re-elected to the Wizz Air board on Tuesday, where all ordinary and special resolutions were passed by shareholders.

At 1347 BST, shares in Wizz Air Holdings were down 6.3% at 2,017.31p.
