Director dealings: Wife of Ramsdens chairman makes share sale
(Sharecast News) - Ramsdens Holdings revealed on Thursday that chairman Andrew Meehan's wife Susan had disposed of 30,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed financial services provider. Meehan's wife sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 228.0p on Thursday, for a total value of £68,400.
Following the transaction, the Meehans continue to hold 317,320 shares in the company, representing approximately 1% of Ramsdens' share capital.
As of 1600 GMT, Ramsdens shares were down 2.35% at 228.49p.
