Director dealings: Volution CEO lowers stake

(Sharecast News) - Volution revealed on Monday that chief executive Ronnie George and his wife Lynsey had disposed of 2.3m ordinary shares in the ventilation equipment manufacturer.

George, who took over as CEO in May 2014, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 560.0p each, for a total value of £12.87m.

Following the transaction, the Georges still hold a beneficial interest in 1.73m ordinary Volution shares, representing approximately 0.88% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1620 BST, Volution shares were down 0.50% at 602.0p.
