Director dealings: Vistry CEO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Vistry revealed on Tuesday that chairman and chief executive Greg Fitzgerald had acquired 87,214 ordinary shares in the London-listed construction. Fitzgerald, who took over as CEO in 2017, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 569.00p each, for a total value of £496,247.66.
As of 1615 BST, Vistry shares were up 1.27% at 574.20p.
