Director dealings: Venture Life chair invests after well-received update
(Sharecast News) - Venture Life Group was among the companies disclosing director transactions on Monday, after its non-executive chairman spent over £80k on shares. The company said Paul McGreevy purchased 277,151 shares on the London Stock Exchange.
He paid 35p for each share, spending a total of £81,999.75 in the process.
Following the purchase, Venture Life said McGreevy beneficially held 564,590 of its shares, representing 0.45% of its issued share capital.
The purchase came after Venture Life issued a well-received trading update on Monday morning, pointing to its recent acquisitions as underpinning its first-half performance.
