Director dealings: Tyrus Capital's Gunter Waldner snaps up Jadestone Energy shares

(Sharecast News) - Jadestone Energy revealed on Monday that non-executive director Gunter Waldner had acquired 4,444,444 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed upstream production and development firm. Waldner, who acquired the shares via his interest in Tyrus Capital Special Situations Master Fund, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 21.0p each, for a total value of £933,333.21.

As of 1520 BST, Jadestone shares were up 6.67% at 24.0p.
