(Sharecast News) - Reviews platform Trustpilot Group was on the list of director buys on Thursday, after its chair spent almost £200k on shares.
The company said Zillah Byng-Thorne purchased 261,437 shares on 21 June, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
Byng-Thorne paid 76.5p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £199,999.31.
On the selling side of the ledger was AB Dynamics, after its chief executive officer sold a portion of a recent option award to cover his tax bill.
The firm said it issued and allotted 33,334 shares to James Routh after he exercised his options under certain share schemes.
After that, Dr Routh sold 27,101 shares to meet the cost of the exercise, and to satisfy his tax liabilities arising from it.
"Following these transactions, Dr Routh's shareholding in the company will increase by 6,233 shares to 25,433 shares, representing 0.11% per cent. of the company's issued share capital," AB Dynamics confirmed in its disclosure.
At 1501 BST, shares in Trustpilot Group were down 1.46% at 72.92p, while those in AB Dynamics were 0.5% weaker at 2,010p.
