Director dealings: Trufin CEO makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Trufin revealed on Wednesday that chief executive officer James van den Bergh had acquired 50,890 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed financial services firm. Van den Bergh, who spun Trufin out of Arrowgrass Capital Partners in 2018, purchased the shares at an average price of 49.10p each, for a total price of £24,986.99.
As of 1630 BST, Trufin shares were down 2.22% at 48.50p.
