Director dealings: Trifast CEO makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Trifast revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Clive Watson had acquired 31,125 ordinary shares in the London-listed industrial fasteners manufacturer. Morgan, who joined the board of Trifast back in July 2020, purchased the shares at an average price of 67.40p each, for a total value of £20,978.25.
Following the transaction, Watson has a beneficial interest in 58,625 ordinary Frifast shares.
As pf 1620 GMT, Trifast shares were down 1.17% at 67.40p.
