(Sharecast News) - Travis Perkins revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Pete Redfern had acquired 249,218 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed builders' merchant.
Redfern, who took over as CEO in September, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 802.51p each, for a total value of £1.99m.
As of 1600 GMT, Travis Perkins shares were up 0.81% at 804.50p.
