Director dealings: Totally chairman makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Totally revealed on Monday that chairman Simon Stilwell had acquired 466,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed healthcare services business. Stilwell, who joined the board of Totally in November 2023, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 4.40p each, for a total value of £20,504.
Following the transaction, Stilwell holds a beneficial interest in 1.96m ordinary Totally shares, representing approximately 1.01% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1600 GMT, Totally shares had surged 18.73% to 5.22p.
