(Sharecast News) - Tesco was among those disclosing director dealings on Thursday, after one of its board members purchased a number of its American depositary receipts.
The grocery giant said Byron Grote picked up 3,000 ADRs on 19 July, at a price of $9.89 each.
That valued the transaction at a total of $29,670.
According to Tesco's disclosure, one of its ADRs is equivalent to three of its ordinary shares.
Elsewhere, Griffin Mining reported a disposal of more than 0.4 million shares linked to a non-executive director.
The company said Trellus Partners disposed of 414,470 shares on 19 July, at a price of 86p per share.
That gave the disposal a value of £356,444.
Griffin Mining said its non-executive director Adam Usdan has a controlling interest in Trellus Partners.
Following the disposal, it confirmed that he had a direct and indirect holding in the company of 29,794.878 shares, representing 14.9% of its issued share capital.
At the close on Thursday, Tesco shares were up 1.09% at 259.9p, while those in Griffin Mining were down 1.75% at 78.5p.
