Director dealings: Tate and Lyle CFO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Tate & Lyle revealed on Friday that chief financial officer Sarah Kuijlaars had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed food and beverage products business. Kuijlaars, who joined the board of Tate & Lyle in September 2024, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 564.50p each, for a total value of £112,900.
Following the transaction, Kuijlaars holds a beneficial interest in 40,000 Tate & Lyle shares.
As of 1600 GMT, Tate & Lyle shares were up 0.65% at 546.0p.
