Director dealings: Symphony board member invests on another quiet day

(Sharecast News) - It was a very quiet day for director deals on Tuesday, with Symphony International finding itself at the top of a short list of buys. The London-listed firm said director Anil Thadani bought 76,120 shares on the open market on Thursday, at a price of 46 US cents each.

That valued the transaction at $34,939.08 (£26,883).

As well as being a board director of Symphony International, Thadani is chairman of both its investment manager Symphony Investment Managers, and of Symphony Asia Holdings.

Elsewhere, Aberforth Split Level Income Trust disclosed a director purchase worth almost £20k.

The company said director Graeme Bissett bought 84,404 shares on Thursday at a price of 75.01p each, valuing the transaction at £19,899.24.

There were no transactions to note on the selling side of the ledger as of Tuesday afternoon.
