(Sharecast News) - Staffline revealed on Wednesday that a PCA of interim chairman Thomas Spain had acquired 2.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed recruitment group.
Henry Spain Investment Services purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 23.60p each, for a total value of £472,000.
Following the transaction, Henry Spain Investment Services has a resulting notifiable interest in 33.54m ordinary Staffline shares.
As of 1610 GMT, Staffline shares were down 1.33% at 23.24p.
